Become a Teacher in Seattle Public Schools
Applications for the Seattle Teacher Residency are open for the 2025-26 academic year for their 13th cohort. Join the residency to gain the tools needed to become an exceptional teacher in Seattle Public Schools. Residents earn a living stipend, a Masters in Teaching (MIT) degree from the University of Washington and the opportunity to impact the lives of students furthest from educational justice.
